The project

An elegant 3-storey house with a mansard roof, the Villa Chappaz, built in 1890 by Pierre Joseph Chappaz, a wine merchant and vermouth maker, stands majestically amidst the surrounding modernity.
Renovated as AJ Promotion Immobilière’s head office, the mansion features an attractive garden punctuated by our Creille columns and bollards in a bottle-green RAL 6007 sandblasted finish. These luminous columns feature an openwork pattern custom-made for the project, inspired by the motifs of the house’s tiles.
