The project
The Cours Emile Zola, a major thoroughfare in the city of Villeurbanne, has been redeveloped with sobriety and sustainability in mind.
- Less cars for less noise pollution and better air quality.
- Vegetated spaces and a specific concrete to limit the heat in summer & reduce the power of public lighting.
- Shiraz K lamp posts variations equipped with technical grooves facilitating the fixing and adjustment of accessories for a mutualization of the services thus limiting the emergences and the visual pollution within the public space.
- A qualitative and safe environment favouring soft mobility.
