Harbor, La Grande Motte, Structure K for shared, ambient, decorative, functional and road lighting

The project

The Harbor-City of La Grande Motte project is a demonstration of the resilient city, a symbiosis between the nautical economy, tourism, sustainable housing, services and mobility.

Our Structure K, chosen for this project, are equipped with Palino. This helicoidal technical groove facilitates the attachment and adjustment of our Paul & Paulette architectural & road floodlights and gobos, for precise lighting.
Our Toblers luminaires, custom-made for the town, are fitted on some of the poles to blend in perfectly with La Grande Motte’s distinctive design.
Last but not least, they share services thanks to integrated speakers, CCTV and illumination plugs & GFCI. The result is a functional, uncluttered public space.

The aluminum of which they are made, combined with an anodized finish, gives them robustness and resistance to seaside corrosion, for unrivalled longevity.

Structure K is a range of poles exclusivelly designed to support any kind of light fixture or any accessories (signage, bins, camera…). The positionning of these elements can be adjusted precisely and easily in height thanks to the technical grooves integrated to the pole. Sober and elegant, our square Paul floodlights, compatible with our entire range of our poles, lampposts and lighting columns, are available to accompany all your architectural lighting projects. Available in 3 different sizes et offering a wide color pannel (white, dynamic white and RGBW.). Available accessories: Snoot, anti-glare grid, honey comb. PAULETTE (S, M, L, XL floodlights)

CCTV allows to strengthen user’s peace of mind and sense of security in the public realm. Discrete and perfectly integrated to Technilum’s poles, the video-camera camera can cover 180°. Preventing vandalism often just by its mere presence, this CCTV system also detects vibrations (vandalism or accident), making it possible the intervention of dedicated personnel. The CCTV camera can also be associated with an occupancy sensor, linked with lighting level monitoring.

This Hifi sound system, perfectly integrated into Technilum’s poles, allows audio broadcast (music, information, advertising, alerts), scheduled or modulated in real time. Speakers are weather-proof. The system can be integrated through a stand-alone PA system or a centralized amplifier (possible IP addressing). It can be compatible with city’s existant network.
