The project
The redevelopment of the Boulevard de la Méditerranée, one of the city’s main thoroughfares, is part of a wider project to renovate the seaside resort. The aim is to create a pleasant, dynamic “heart of life” for residents and tourists alike.
The promenade is now pedestrianized, shaded and planted, with 170 new trees, pergolas and new street furniture.
This direct route to the beach is punctuated by our Shiraz K and Shiraz K Nano lampposts (Zhaga interface), equipped with illumination plugs. The town chose to personalize their lighting columns with an attractive red-brown (RAL 8012 Textura from Akzo Nobel), in tune with the rest of the urban furniture.
