Rennes, Pedestrian Walkway, Janvier Avenue

The project

It’s in the heart of Rennes (France) that our Creille GM illuminating columns with their triangle cut-out pattern are taking root. At the bend of a crosswalk or in the shade of a tree, they now dot the Avenue Jean Janvier.

Work has been carried out to encourage public transport and soft mobility: double bus lanes, wide pedestrian spaces, bicycle paths… The avenue leading straight to the station is also dotted with attractive planted areas.
The parking spaces, meanwhile, have been replaced by large, country-style terraces, creating warm, invigorated spaces.
