Horseshoe Bay Pathway, West Vancouver

The project

Set between Howe Sound, the mountains and the picturesque town, Horseshoe Bay trail is now dotted with unique lampposts that pay tribute to local and aboriginal culture.

The gathering space has been created for residents and visitors alike. The aim was to create a fluid, connected park between the Horseshoe Bay pier and the BC Ferries terminal.

Based on Technilum’s original “Lamp“ model, special custom-made lighting structures were designed by Introba and manufactured by Technilum. Large lampshades whose patterns have been designed by local artists from the first nations communities bring personality and a colorful touch to the surroundings.
